Dr. SM Mureithi participated in the 2nd Research Co-ordinated Meeting on the Application and development of isotope techniques to evaluate human impacts on water balance and nutrient dynamics of large river basins (F33021) on 10-16th April, 2016 at IAEA, Vienna International Centre in Austria. Dr. Mureithi (project’s PI) presented the progress on a project titled “Use of Nitrate and Water Isotopes for water pollution assessment in Lake Victoria Catchment, Kenya” that is supported by IAEA through the Co-ordinated Research Project. Dr Stephen Mureithi from the Department of Land Resources Management and Agricultural Technology, at the University of Nairobi, has been visiting Sweden.He is part of theme 2 in AgriFoSe; Multifunctional landscapes for increased food security and visited University of Gothenburg, Linköping University and Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences for workshops and writeshops.

AgriFoSe decided to take the opportunity to ask him a few questions before his arrival.
