The Faculty of Agriculture, UoN and IGAD Sheikh Technical Veterinary School (ISTVS) met in Naivasha on 30th-31st May, 2022 for a Joint Quality Control Meeting. The main objective of the meeting was to get an overview of the Dryland Economics and Agro-ecosytem Management (DEAM) programme; and highlight key achievements and challenges based on previous monitoring visits. Additionally, the meeting sought to discuss Quality Assurance procedures at ISTVS, share UoN experiences on teaching and learning during the COVID pandemic and to chart a strategic way forward in the implementation of the DEAM programme
