The college has enough  rooms and halls for workshops and seminars.

The college has state of the art  Electron Microscope which is very instrumental during research by both undergraduate and postgraduate students.

The Incinerator caters for incineration of Biological Waste that is generated in the large Animal Postmortem Room and in the Laboratories and also the general waste from offices.

Food Processing hub is used for food processing incubators for dissemination and adoption of food technologies and innovations and train current and new food processors (with emphasis on women and youth), in food processing entrepreneurship

The College library is the branch of the main University Library. It has  a collection of approximately 56,400 volumes composed of books, thesis, and periodicals. The Library subscribes to over 14 electronic databases containing journals and books relevant to academic courses offered in the College. The library provides information resources in all areas of study.

The baking oven is used by the Food Science and Nutrition students during their practical lessons.
