The University Annual Sports Day was on Friday 18th June 2021 University Sports Ground. The theme of this year’s annual Sports Day “Staying safe and healthy through Sports.”
The College of Agriculture and Veterinary Sciences ranked position 5 out of 11 with 2 Gold medals and 1 silver medal. The Gold medals were awarded to the male football team and the Athletics team. The silver medal was awarded to the Darts team.
The event was sponsored by Telkom Kenya, Tecno Mobile, UoN Alumni Association, Primewood, Flame Tree, KUSU- UoN Chapter, FOMO TV, Special Olympics Kenya, and Kubamba Radio.
The University organizes this annual event to provide a platform for staff and students to actively participate in sports to stay healthy as well as cultivate team spirit.
