On 15th August 2025, the Deputy Vice-Chancellor for Research, Innovation and Enterprise (DVC-RIE)-representative, convened a strategic meeting with the faculty leadership to assess the preparedness of the faculty for the upcoming University of Nairobi Research and Innovation Week.
The meeting aimed to evaluate the current state of planning, identify gaps, and ensure alignment with the university's goals for research visibility, innovation dissemination, and stakeholder engagement. Discussions centered on logistical arrangements, submission of research abstracts, participation of students and staff, partnerships, and resource mobilization strategies.
This engagement underscores the university’s commitment to fostering a culture of research excellence and innovation across all faculties.
