E-CONFERENCE ON SUSTAINABLE CONSUMPTION AND PRODUCTION (SCP) PRACTICES IN THE HORTICULTURAL PROCESSING SECTOR

The HortiGreen Project (Inclusive Green Horticultural Processing Sector in Kenya), an action implemented by Fundación SUSTALDE, University of Nairobi (UoN), Consumer Information Network (CIN) and Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS) had the first E-Conference on Sustainable Production and Consumption (SCP) Practices in the Horticultural Processing Sector on 5-7 October, 2020. The project team (HORTIGREEN) composed of staff from Department of Food Science, Nutrition & Technology as well as Wangari Maathai Institute for Peace and Environmental Studies.
