Instiglio is hiring a Strategic Communications & Fundraising Senior Associate.They are searching for a candidate who possesses a genuine passion for social impact and aspires to join their mission to catalyze social impact in international development consulting. Instiglio is a non-profit consulting firm - with offices in Colombia, Kenya, Morocco and the USA - whose goal is to ensure that every dollar invested in solutions to poverty has the greatest possible impact. To do so, since their founding in 2012, they have pioneered novel outputs-based approaches to development through over 100 projects with diverse government partners in all major social sectors (health, education, employment, etc). The Strategic Communications & Fundraising Senior Associate will be part of a team leading communications and thought leadership strategies, and also share impact stories and insights to strengthen relationships with new and existing audiences. The incumbent will work in close collaboration with the Senior Leadership and client-facing teams to drive growth through developing the brand, leading fundraising efforts and enhancing external positioning.
