On this International Women’s Day, though unnoticeable to many, understanding Reproductive and Health Rights is crucial in the search for sustainable solutions to preserve the ‘Mother Earth’. The right to determine whether, and how many children to have, when and with whom to have them should be enjoyed by everyone in the society.
Mycotoxigenic fungi significantly affect the production, safety and trade of agricultural crops in Africa. Despite local and international efforts, the continent is plagued by mycotoxigenic fungi that contaminate crops and cause acute and chronic diseases in humans and animals. The African Society of Mycotoxicology holds a symposium every three years aimed at bringing together all stakeholders to share ideas and expertise in control and management of these toxins.
The Commission has placed and published provisional students’ voters’ nominal rolls in the University’s website in line with schedule 3 of the Rules and Regulations Governing Student Elections 2017, (Amended 2021).
